What to include
When you contact support, include:
- Workframe version;
- macOS version and Mac model if relevant;
- what you expected to happen;
- what happened instead;
- whether the issue happened after first launch, relaunch, language or timezone change, notification permission change or Activity Awareness enablement.
Keep sensitive work private
Do not send sensitive task contents unless they are necessary to understand the issue. Workframe does not have an account dashboard or cloud copy of your data, so support may ask for local diagnostics that you choose to share.
